Dear Lovers of Classical Music,

In our CD webshop you can easily order TROUBADISC CDs/SACDs/LPs directly. We offer worldwide shipping.

Placing an order:

1. Go to Catalogue/Shop  and choose a CD you would like to purchase. By clicking on the Shopping cart button below the cover of the CD you can place it into your shopping cart (audio samples can be found at Detailed view/sample).
   
2. If you would like to buy more than one CD, you can repeat this procedure with all CDs of interest, adding them to your shopping cart.
3. After choosing the CDs you can proceed by clicking on the View Shopping cart button which is located on the top right of the page.
4. Now you can view your Shopping cart with all details of your order.
5. Please check whether the number of CDs is correct. If one should be incorrect, you can make the necessary change in the Qty. column. Then click on the Update button. (You can still modify your order and delete items from your shopping cart by clicking on the trash can icon.
6. When finished, click on the Next button.
7. You will be taken to the Name and address page. Please enter your shipping address.
8. All columns in boldface type must be filled in! All other columns are optional.
9. When finished, please click on Next to continue.
10. You will be taken to the Method of Payment and General Shipping Terms page
11. Please choose a method of payment.
12. Read the General Shipping Terms and afterwards place a check mark in the box confirming that you have read and accepted them.
13. When finished, click on the Next button.
14. You will be taken to the Your order in overview page showing you the items you would like to order, your address and your preferred method of payment.
15. If any information is incorrect, you can change it by clicking on the respective Change button located adjacent to the section you would like to modify. Please make the necessary changes and confirm them by clicking on the Next button. You will now be returned to the Your order in overview page.
16. If all information is correct and you would like to place the order now, please click on the Send Order button.
    
17. You will receive an e-mail from us confirming that we have received your order. Within a few days you should receive the items you purchased in the mail.  
     

You can only place an order if you have activated "Accept cookies" in your browser. Please check your browser settings.
